BOUNTY MARKETS is an entertainment website. Nobody is required to take part. If you choose to attempt a bounty, you do so voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.
No bounty is an instruction or encouragement to do anything dangerous, harmful or unlawful. Never put yourself, other people, animals or property at risk, never trespass, and never break any law or any rule of a place you're in. If a bounty can't be done safely and legally where you are, don't do it. Use your own judgement. Stop immediately if anything feels unsafe.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOUNTY MARKETS, its operators, team members, contributors and anyone associated with the $BOUNTY token accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, illness, death, damage to property, financial loss, legal consequence, fine, arrest, or any other loss or harm of any kind that arises from attempting a bounty, filming or uploading a video, or using this website. You are solely responsible for your own actions and their consequences.
By taking part you release us from all claims connected to your participation, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, demand, loss or cost (including legal fees) brought by you or anyone else because of your actions or your video.
By uploading you confirm that: you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher); the video is yours; you did not break any law making it; and every person who appears in it gave their consent to be filmed and published. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to show, share and repost your video on this site and our social channels. We can refuse or remove any upload, at any time, for any reason.
Winners are chosen by us at our sole discretion and our decision is final. No reward is guaranteed. The reward depends on creator fees, which change all the time, and is paid in crypto, whose value can go up or down. Bounties can be changed, closed or cancelled at any time. You are responsible for any taxes on what you receive. Where taking part or receiving a reward is not allowed by local law, you may not take part.
$BOUNTY is a memecoin for entertainment. It has no intrinsic value and no expectation of profit. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or any other advice.
If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, do not attempt any bounty and do not use this site.
